Also turns out I was using the Bulma .content class wrong this whole
time. We just need to slap that class onto a div and anything inside can
be the output of, say a markdown -> HTML converter!
Fix messy spacing and extraneous whitespace in the HTML as well.
Special thanks to Vim macros.

- Put CSS for the pydis banner item (Aperture's logo design) inline
style rather than using a class.
- Style icons that uses images separate from icons that uses the pydis
logo image.
- Rename the pydis logo image to be more descriptive.
- Group the icon and date components together for easier and more robust
styling (see CSS comments).
- More descriptive alt text for pydis icons.
- Added responsibility: EVEN smaller icons on mobile.
- Align content boxes about the middle axis rather than relying on
container padding.

Also
- Add comments in CSS
- Remove `-webkit` rules because most of them are deprecated
And uh, I forgot, but the title summarises them!

Unfortunately there is a merge commit (with merge conflicts) in between
this change and the timeline commit before it. Perhaps in a few years
time when I'm more confident in rebasing I'll be able to amend that
commit to include this fix.

Aka, many minor changes I shouldn't've grouped together in a single
commit.
- Add main page events description
- Use date icons every where
- Fill up one-off events list
- Use a media-like layout for one-off events instead
- Use 2-column masonry for one-off events list
- Update schedules for this year
- Add a colored top border line to cards in the main gallery that do not
have thumbnail banners
- Add april fools to fill the gap in the second row so the grid looks
better
- Re-purpose 'all events' sidebar as 'ToC' with appropriate anchor links
- Use circle-info icon everywhere for learn more buttons
- Added python release streams to the one-off events
That light blue cloud icon for devops hour looks dope IMO :P
- And of course, thanks to the layout change for one-off events list I
do not have to hurriedly create ad-hoc thumbnails for them 😔. phew
- Which means our fancy hats workshop can use the beautiful magician hat
emoji as the icon!
- Renamed 'scheduled' and 'recent' events to be year-independent. This
makes it consistent because we might end up updating the list
mid-year. This means all dates will have the year specified.
The pain of updating the gallery sections' height for both main and
one-off events section continues to be a limitation.

Don't mind me, just being a little overly excited with this one as this
is my most ingenius idea yet!

This ensures no vertical positioning for this image is required because
the image is cropped to fit the text.

There doesn't seem to be a way (say relative units, etc) to make it look
good on both worlds. We'll prioritize windows for now since most of our
users come from there.

- Switch from CSS filtering to actual logos with white text.
- Adjust positioning to align all text in the logos with baseline and
ensure they're center aligned with a uniform side spacing.

- Lemon's fa kit (free plan) had been used till now which had
limitations such as total number of views that we've long exceeded
- This gives more control on the static assets to use
- Allows showing icons in development
