Add Lovefest configuration, update project documents

Add Lovefest role & channel IDs to bot constants
Update environment variable name for seasonalbot (was hacktoberbot)
Update Contributor doc to reference pipenv guide rather than the
deprecated Seasonalbot GH wiki
