As an argument, the qualified name (a string containing the full command path, including parents) of the command can be passed. This fixes a fundamental flaw where the redirection message wouldn't be deleted until a further 60sec after the command has finished, which for `!help` could be up to 5min, meaning the invocation message could be sitting there for 6min, not the intended 60sec.
